We want to make your event enjoyable and memorable for both you and your guests, so let’s have a chat about what you’re hoping for. With our experience of years of successful events, we’ll help you make yours a roaring success.

You can phone, email or complete our enquiry form, then we can discuss the details of your event and explain the booking process to you.

What’s Included in Your Booking

The booking fee includes:

The Band’s own PA system
Travel for the band within a 50 mile radius of Cambridge
Suitable MP3 playlist of background music to be played before, between and after sets
Public Liability insurance

If you have a special song you’d like us to play, please let us know as early as possible. We love doing that!

Fees

Our costs vary according to the event:

Charity event where money is tight – circa £350

Parties – circa £500 to £ 750 depending on location and time of the year

Weddings – usually £1,000 or more

We are always happy to discuss your situation to find a solution.

Set Up / Breakdown Time

We will need at least 1 hour to setup and sound check immediately before playing can start. This means that the space the band will use needs to be cleared and accessible.

Note that we also need around 45 minutes to clear away once the performance is over.

Please let us know if there are any special parking arrangements or if the venue is in an upstairs room, etc.

If you need us to setup some time in advance of (or pack up some time after) the performance, additional costs may apply, please let us know when you make your enquiry so we can provide an accurate quote.

Your Obligations

You (The Hirer) will agree that:

The Hirer shall ensure a safe supply of electricity and the security of the musicians and their property at the venue
The Hirer shall not make, or permit the making, of any audio and/or visual recording or transmission of the musicians’ performance without the prior written consent of the musicians
The Hirer shall provide light refreshments and drinks for the musicians. NOTE: three of the seven members of The Cyriacs are vegetarians.

Amendments

Any amendments to dates, starting times, performance or other details, need to be agreed in writing before the event. We will attempt to accommodate minor changes at no further cost where possible but reserve the right to raise additional charges based on the scale and timelines of the requested amendment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking you may do so up to 28 days in advance of the event without incurring any further fees (the initial deposit is non-refundable).

If you need to cancel within 28 days, then the full fee is payable.

In the unlikely event that The Cyriacs need to cancel, then your deposit will be fully refunded. We will do our best to help find a replace act, however, The Cyriacs cannot accept any responsibility or claims for expenses resulting from the cancellation.
